Our goal is to improve quality and cost-effectiveness of the public service to at-risk children, adolescents, adults and families.

We work on the basis of evidence and research and in collaboration with professionals and citizens to develop, test and implement innovative approaches and new types of interventions. In addition, we are responsible for the nationwide implementation of Minding the Baby (MTB).

We cooperate with agencies outside Denmark that share our focus on evidence-based practice.

The center is a public organisation operated by nine municipalities (Aarhus, Randers, Herning, Viborg, Gentofte, Hillerød, Skanderborg, Ikast-Brande and Norddjurs) and three regions: The Capital Region of Denmark, Region of Southern Denmark and Central Denmark Region.
